Description: Anonymous lady called about two properties: 9930 & 1004 davis st. Gibsonton 33534. According to the caller these two and 7 other properties are owned by barsoum trustees. Complaint is that this is zoned rsb but this new owner has turned the doublewide on the property into a duplex. Also there is and rv in the front of the property and an rv in the back and now there is a 60 mobile home in the back - not raised. She is concerned about the septic tank being overloaded and the accumulation on the properties turning the place into a trash/slum. She said that barsoum must know someone in our zoning dept. Since she heard through a friend that when the guy on the zoning board heard the address of this property he said i'm not touching that.
