Don't you love those trendy homes you see on house flipping shows? So did I once upon a time. Why these homes are different than the ones you might see on TV or on the market is because they are built for you. My priority was to give these classic houses a transplant. Both have 100% new electrical, plumbing, sewer, fixtures and smart home systems. All of which can be replaced or upgraded with ease at very little cost. Instead of breaking the bank every time you need something done to your home, you will have the ability to replace/upgrade anything at a fraction of the cost and time. This is accomplished by using simple building techniques and custom systems developed with 3D Printing Technology. I put a fully integrated Wink Smart Home system in both homes. What this means is you can control things like the lights or sprinklers with the Wink App or with your voice via the Google Home minis which are included - all powered by a Ubiquiti WiFi Long Range Access Point System.
