The deck and the house are both leaning and pulling away from the foundation thereby causing an immediate and dangerous condition for occupants or people. Mr. Paul rowen of your office admitted on the telephone last week that code enforcement personnel back in 2011 did not follow up or handle the citations correctly therefore before anybody gets injured or killed by this nightmare of a house and deck code enforcement must intervene because the property owner not only defrauded code enforcement in 2011 but he also defraudd fema recently by taking their money for damages that he knew were not hurricane related. Something must be done now. I am also notifying development services and fema.
