Description: Sr37907 12/9/2015 2:13 pm (deteriorated fence) I hired a company to replace a 42ft section of adjoining fence that is moldy and has broken posts. It is an adjoining fence and the resident of 8010 w hiawatha st. The owner of the property ms. Octavia riveros harassed and chased away the contractor and would not allow them to replace the fence. She is spanish speaking only. The workers spoke fluent spanish but where unable to convince her that it would be replaced with another 6 tall wood fence. This fence was damaged over the years due to an illegal patio cover which was overhanging the fence for many years shunting extra rainfall from her roof onto the fence. Case 20151400 was opened concerning this patio cover which has been partially removed. Description: 7/17/20159:06 am sr16816 1. I have reported my neighbors swimming pool for being green many times over the years I is green again I wish code enforcement could check this pool monthly as they seem to clean it up when required by code violations. However that seems to be the only time they clean it. Misquotes are bad and can only get worse with such poor pool maintenance. 2. The street gutter in front of this house is blocked with dirt the front lawn is used as a parking lot as seen by grass growing in the dirt which blocks water from flowing when it rains. This is a disgrace to the neighborhood. I may wish to sell my home someday. I believe this neighbor degrades the values of the homes in the neighborhood due to using their front lawn as a parking lot for live-in renters in their garage many neighbors suspect drug dealings do to their high traffic and late night activities lots of loud yelling and cursing. 3.
