Minutes from Clemson Boulevard, Minutes from 28 Bypass this location is right in the center of things. Whitehall is a high traffic area with easy access to I85. Anderson is 2 hours from Charlotte to the North and 2 Hours from Atlanta to the south. It is right in the middle of the I-85 corridor. Locally, it is central to Downtown Anderson and the more developed "strip" on Clemson Boulevard. The property borders railroad tracks on one the back side, providing possible rail access. There are three Warehouse type buildings on the property. Two on the back and one closer to Whitehall. The two in the back are wooden structures with metal roofs. They are in need of some TLC. The roofs are not leaking where they are in place. There is some damage at the ends, and there is water intrusion. The buildings all have concrete floors and would not require much to put them back in service. Building 1 is approx. 20'x100'. approx. Building 2 - is 30'x100' and Building 3 - is 50'x160.
