Description: I would like to get permission to take down a dying tree that is the the tree is leaning toward my home and a neighbor's home we have an evaluation form from an arborist that was given to us by the previous owner of the home stating that back in 1994 an arborist recommended that the tree should be taken down due to lean location and root obstruction. The tree's leaves have been brown (before the seasonal changes) and many limbs are falling daily. We fear that the tree is dying.
