Description: Riley heating & cooling is scheduled to come out wednesday june 15th to completely replace our HVAC. They will start as early as 7:30 am we are told. Fred who is a general manager at riley HVAC asked about parking and listed the need for a space large enough to fit two work vans. If the alley is not permitted then we would ask that a permit is allowed to reserve space on the washington blvd block between maple ave and wisconsin ave. Applicant must post no parking signage at least 48 hours in advance of the planned right-of-way obstruction. Signage can be downloaded and printed from the permit portal and should be posted on the meters (or trees street poles) adjacent to the planned obstruction. Signage should indicate the permit number the location and the duration of the obstruction. Description: Greetings my wife and I have movers scheduled for this friday march 18th. We are respectfully asking for permission for the movers to park on washington blvd right next to the alley's entrance but not blocking it. Our address is 1118 washington blvd unit 3a. So the alley in question would be on washington blvd between maple and wisconsin. The crew we hired are two men and a truck (3 crew members) and will have to endure a 3-4 floor walk-up. Thankfully they do not have much to move but there are large furniture items that will be only possible to fit through that back-alley entrance to the building. I'm guesstimating that they would arrive anywhere between 12-3pm and would not exceed an hour (1.5 hours worst case) to get everything moved in. **as a reminder to the requestor: the “no parking – reserved for moving truck – date dd/mm/yyyy – from hours hh/mm to hh/mm� need to be placed 48hrs in advance of needed time.
