Description: I live in apollo beach and walk down apollo beach blvd daily. I observed several violations that this homeowner has. When I approached him he was very nasty and arrogant. There is an open storage container a small u-haul type trailer in front of his house that he never moves. The container is so close to the house it's a fire hazard. Additionally his boat trailer is stored in front of the house taking up his driveway to the point that he or his wife block the sidewalk forcing all the pedestrians to walk on the very busy apollo beach blvd risking their lives photo attached. On the weekends part of his lawn maintenance includes his cutting of the mangrove cluster behind his home. He does this by mowing over the small growth or taking his chainsaw and cutting the taller growth (at least 6-8 feet high) to the ground.
