Description: loud music 738 responded to this complaint for loud music coming from 124 Collins Ave. 738 arrived at 11:46pm, upon my arrival there was music coming from 124 CollinsAve. I then drove to the alley of 101Collind Ave to check the music. The music was heard from the alley. I then walked towards 124 Collins Ave and ask to speak to the manager. I then walked with the manager to the alley of 101 Collins Ave to check the music with me. He agreed that the music was loud. I explained to him the noise ordinance. Then we had the owner come and talk to me to see if I can not give him the warning. I explained to him the noise ordinance and he still tried to talk me out of giving him a violation. I then wrote the written warning and ask one of them to sign the violation. They refused to sign the violation. I then call my supervisor to meet with me reference they refused to sign and I need a witness. My supervisor came and signed the violation as a witness.
