Description: We would like to finish our basement and attic to create more storage space for our family and make it more pleasant when accessing spaces we are hoping to simply install floors walls and ceilings in both spaces (basement and attic) the basement space in question would be 171 square feet of finished space. And the attic space in question would be 30 square feet of finished space. This would increase the total far by 201 square feet. Our current far is 2, 088. Back in 2016 when we first moved in we applied for and were granted far relief so we are already at/over our max.
