Description: Of complaint: this home has been put on our forced mowing and trash removal program. I had to pull my team off the job when I got into the back yard. The house has trash piled up and many complaints of foul odors and rodents and cats coming from the property. The worst thing about all of this neighbors have reported a new born child staying in this house. My name is craig schirmer president of eastbrook hoa. I have reported this home with your agency in the past. Now young babies are living in this filth. I'm calling the dept of children and families along with my county commissioner.
