On january 12 2021 the village of oak park responded to 1st premier restoration with a 7 page document entitled plan review corrections the contractor peter torres 1st premier restoration submitted a permit to remove the second floor of my home instead of a permit to repair and restore my historic home on harvey avenue. This permit to remove and destroy was not sent with my consent and was not okayed by liberty mutual my insurance provider nor was it advised by donan forensic engineering company. As the homeowner of this property I am requesting a copy of the original permit since peter torres who went rogue and submitted this permit without permission never provided me with a copy of this permit.
