In front of 249 Collins Ave there was a generator/pressure washer on the sidewalk. The noise was excessively loud. I made contact with one of the workers. I explained to him that this type of work is not permitted after 8pm. He telephoned his boss. I spoke to Rudy over the phone, I also educated him on the CMB noise ordinance and I explained to him that I would be issuing a written warning. The work was terminated.
