Great Location in the Downtown Core of Sequim! This used to be Anne's Sequim Antiques. But, enough time has gone by, that the City will require the building to be brought up to current code (ie, insulation, windows, ADA ramps, paved parking, etc.) Talk to the City about what you can do. They give a free meeting with department heads to tell you what will be needed. This cannot be used as a residence, since it is in the Downtown Core. Parking can be front and back (alley).
