Description: Uploading new survey with historical flow for final inspection....email to ben daniels on 7-15.."hope all is well. We spoke nearly a year ago about a project at 2710 w. Trilby ave in south tampa and you approved the plans for me but after a couple issues you asked me to revise on the plans. Well we wrapped up the project a couple months ago and went for our final approval last month and the inspector said that we didn't tie the deck drain into the underground ads piping system which you asked me to put on our plans. However when we did the deck there wasn't any existing underground ads piping system in fact there wasn't any type of gutters on the back of the house before we started the project. As I mentioned in my reply letter to you last august 21 the backyard was already 2 to 6 below the front yard and it's pretty difficult to push water uphill. The alleyway in the rear of the property already works as a swale and retention area.
