Description: loudmusic and moving furniture in apt 301 Arrival: 9:40pm Upon my arrival to 2730 Collins Ave, there was no music or loud banging coming from this location. I then met with the complainant and she stated that the she is complaining about the music and the banging. I then asked her if the music and the banging is still going. She stated yes, and we went to her apartment to check the noise. Once I was inside her apartment, I could not hear any noise. I then stated to her that I can't issue a violation if I don't hear anything. I then told her that what I can do is go and talk to the tenant in apartment 301. She stated ok, that will be fine. I then went to apartment 301 and made contact with the tenant. I informed him that we got a complaint for loud music and banging coming from this apartment. I stated to him that I didn't hear any noise but that if they are making noise to keep it down. Complaint for loud music and banging was found not valid.
