Description: Good morning thanks a lot for speedy response. Very helpful but unfortunately the docs are a bit difficult to read in parts. Specifically I am trying to find if there is any reference in the plans to a small storage closet on the first (ground) floor which has a small entry door located near the east side alleyway east side at the building back and at the south end of the building. This small covered area is defined in the condominium declaration and by-laws as a storage closet limited common element with some here in dispute claiming it is a ‘common closet’. Description: User: brian fisher comment: dear madam sir I am the owner of unit 207 in collins view condominium 335 collins ave miami beach FL 33139 since the summer of 2002. The building itself seems to have been completed in 1967 and received a certificate of incorporation as a condominium association in 1968. In 2005 I applied for and received full copies of all available condominium documents from the court in miami but there were no copies on record there of any drawings of the actual building plot plans or layout etc. Nor have I so far been able to locate these from anywhere else EG via connected architects surveyors or attorneys etc or their successors etc. Below is an email screenshot from the updated miami-dade building records/electronic online archives and they have now advised me by return email to contact yourselves directly (please see screenshot of their return email at the bottom below).
