Description: Loud construction after hours on Ocean Ct on the 300 and 400 blocks. ===================================== Arrival Time: 6:32 pm Departure Time: 7:07 pm I arrived on Ocean Court between the 300 and 400 block, windows down and radio off. When I reached about halfway through the block, I called in for a complainant. The call was anonymous. I was going to get off on foot and walk around, since I had heard nothing. I then heard a hammer hitting what sounded like metal. I continued to make my way towards the source of the noise. I then noticed a man working on a metal picket fence. I approached and asked what he was doing. He said he was changing a swing gates location. A homeless individual had been sleeping in the building and it was upsetting the tenants. I advised him that I was unsure if he needed a permit for this type of work. But that at 630, at the latest work needed to stop. It was 6:32 pm. I told him that he would be getting a noise violation, in this case a written warning.
