We proceeded to park by the beach walk. From this location, south of the location of 3621 Collins Ave, we could hear music. We began to identify the source of the noise. We found a live band, two instruments with an amplifier, playing at 3621 Collins Ave. We returned to the car. When we reached the car we could hear Sublime Santeria playing. It was plainly audible at a distance of 118 feet. We made contact with the complainant. We proceeded to make contact with the violators. They were educated and a written warning was issued.
