I then further my inspection and approached the 4385 Collins from the rear. As I patrolled the area I made my assent on the board walk from the south where no unreasonably loud music was observed. Description: Loud music coming from SOHO Nightclub on 43rd St and Collins Ave. Arrival: 1:43 Upon my arrival to 4385 Collins Ave, I first went to 4343 Collins Ave where the complainant was calling from and staying. I went to the front desk and asked if they received and complaints for loud music coming from the hotel next door. They stated yes, and that they called the hotel next door and spoke to three people and advised them to lower the music. This was about 15 minutes ago. I then went with the security to the rear of 4343 Collins Ave the pool area and I could hear unreasonably loud, excessive music coming from the second floor of 4385 Collins Ave. The music was unreasonably loud, excessive and disturbing the neighbors. I then went to 4385 Collins Ave and made contact with the manager. I informed her that we got a complaint for loud music and that it is unreasonably loud.
