For rest and relaxation, roughly 10 miles to the south is Summer Lake Hot Springs. This 100-year old attraction has both rock-walled hot spring tubs and a larger indoor pool. The hot springs are open year round, 24 hours a day. Another popular stop is the Cowboy Dinner Tree Restaurant near the town of Silver Lake.
