Description: Replacing siding where rot existed. Various patches of varying dimensions along the back of the house and the side of the house. One spot above a second story window. Most all on first (basement) floor level replaced rotted stairs on back deck and rotted planks where deck was attached to the house rebuilding side deck that has rotten and fallen down over the years. Using existing footings no digging required. Hoping to extend the deck a foot further for half the deck if ok with county? this deck is the exit for the back of the house and want to rebuild it for fire safety.
