The music was coming from an inside ball room. The structure containing the ballroom is separate from the condo unit. I went 4 feet from the wall that belongs to the restaurant, and I was unable to hear plainly audible music. I called CCA 725, so I could go to the complainant's apartment and assess the situation from inside of the unit. I met with the complainant and entered the apartment, but music could not be heard. We went outside and low music could be heard, but it was not plainly audible at alll. I requested to go inside of the apartment and inspect the music from inside.
