Description: Loud music Arrival: 10:03pm Before my arrival 5940 Alton Road, I first went to check the music from the 5900 block N. Bay Road and no music was heard. I then went to the property building 5940 Alton Road and no music was heard. I then went across 5940 Alton Road where I could hear music. The music was unreasonably loud, excessive and disturbing the neighbors. While I was standing in the middle of the median I could hear the bass. I also went across the street and could also hear the bass. I also witness that there were people on the 2nf floor with the doors opened. I then walked towards the house and the music was coming from, and the music was coming from the rear of the house. I then made contact with the tenants. I knocked and ask for the owner of the house. The owner was not there, he was out of town. There were tenants that were staying there for five days. I then explained the reason why I was here and I informed her about the noise ordinance.
