While inspecting we did not hear excessive or unreasonably loud noise. We then made our way up to unit 4B and made contact with the tenant. The tenant advised the family was celebrating a birthday party and they were just about getting ready to leave. CCO Caicedo and I can hear some music coming from the unit but it was not unreasonably loud or excessive and was not audible from 100ft. At this time complaint is not valid.
