I then walked into the complex and followed the noise to unit 3 I met with ben berry and Advised him that he was in violation of the City of Miami Beach noise oridinance. He told me that he was with his girlfriend and was cooking dinner and he put some music on. I then educated him on the noise ordinance and he told me that he understood. He then told me that him and one of the resident were having issues that why someone called I then explained to him again that he was in violation of the noise ordinance, and he said ok. Arrival time @ 1:13 P.M Upon arrival I stood on the sidewalk in front of the building and could hear a continuous dog barking from the middle of the building facing south. I waited approx 3-5 minutes at the front gate in order to access the complaint. I followed the barking to unit 3.The window appeared open and the barking was coming out of the front window. I continued my investigation and walked the exterior of the building and the continuous barking did not stop. I then spoke to the complainant and informed him about the complaint and my findings. I also informed him that I will post the violation and 24 hours were needed to lapse before another violation would occur. No one was available at unit 3 to accept the violation.
