The only work done to complete this was building up floor to match floor height inside house using cinder blocks and 2x8 floor beams topped witih 3/4 in wood there is also insulation installed under the floor. Then install hard wood floor to match inside house. The garage door still exists but has been sealed off and has also been insulated and a fake wall was built to act as an end cap this wall does not go to ceiling and is not load bearing it is only ascetic. This work has been completed already this is a retroactive permit. I was under the impression this was covered with the same permit I used to have the detached garage building on same lot in 2019 this was miscommunication.
