Aspen hill ln has had 4-5 unmarked pick-up trucks (some are the same every day and some differ) and various worker arriving in cars at their home every day for going on two weeks. They have worked 7 days a week and into the late evening. They were hauling out sheet metal through a basement window at 11:30 at night which seemed suspicious. I wanted to ensure if the work they're doing requires a building permit and they get inspections as I do not want faulty wiring or anything else to cause a fire. Plus I want to ensure the people doing the work that requires licenses (if any) possess them.
