On july 15 2003 and on october 10 2003 at as stated in his report which is attached he recommends immediate demolition of the structure. Mr. Goldman further states in his conclusion on page 2 1. That the structure is not structurally viable. 2. It is his professional assessment of the existing condition is that the building is presently a potential hazard to life and property. The floor and roof structures are in imminent danger of collapse. In the event of a storm with high winds the building has a potential to disintegrate and damage the neighboring structurres. 3. Recommends immediate demolition. Additionally in a memorandum dated october 24 2003 written by mohammed partovi chief structural engineer in conjunction with mr. Goldmans report it is further confirmed that the structure be declared unsafe and he further states that the structure be demolished as soon as possible.
