It has been an issue with over growth and neglect for years. This is a rental property and I know this has been brought to the owners attention. I know this for a fact as I have spoken to him personally and he refuses to do anything about it. He feels since he doesn't live here it doesn't matter what it looks like. The trees need to be cut back or cut down he has over growth all over the property which invites unwanted guest into the yard.
