I was able to hear Disco music coming from 230 31 Street. I followed the music to unit C5 The music was Audible along the first floor. It was loud , excessive and unreasonable. The music was escaping the chambers of the unit. I knocked on the door and the resident answered. I explained as to why I was there. I advised her on the noise ordinance and instructed her to lower the volume. The resident complied and lowered the volume. I issued the resident a Written Warning. The resident angrily refused to sign the written warning and in her moment of emotion slammed the door.I posted the warning and took pictures.
