For discovery office systems note: on march 3 2004 I wrote to concept development associates adivising them :on 4/24/03 an application was left with this office for a building permit to install a sign for discovery office systems at the above address. It was not issued at the time of submittal as the proposed sign did not meet the guidelines adopted in the approved sign program. The sign was subsequently approved under sign applicaiton si03-029 on 9/30/03. Our records indicate that no permit was issued for the installation of this sign. I am still holding the original application and no other application has been submitted or approved for this project. If this sign is to be installed please come into our office and finalize this process.
