Description: The purpose of this nr "other" request is to place excess fill from and adjacent project that is under construction within phases e & f of waterset - wolf creek. Additionally we are proposing impacts to upland cut ditches previously used for ag activities. This includes county floodplain encroachment and are proposing floodplain compensation on-site. The excess fill from adjacent phase g is approximately 25, 000 cubic yards. The intent is to be able to move this now prior to the construction of and dedication of the hillsborough county collector road 30th street. The plan shows a consistent level of fill across the uplands to maintain the existing drainage patterns. The erosion control acts as the limits of clearing. None of the proposed area of fill requires tree removal.
