I met with the front desk clerk and asked her where the pool was. She directed to the pool. As I approached the pool, there was a large group of people gathered but there was not music playing. I asked a male subject at the location if they were playing music and he said no. I explained to him that I received a complaint about the music. He stated that there was no music playing at all. I did advise him to keep the talking level down. He advised he would. I find this complaint not valid for loud music.
