Description: Of complaint: the yard at 406 alma dr. Is a mess back yard has not been taken care of all summer and so far not this fall. Grass in up to the top of the house and rotted tree limbs hang from the trees in the back yard. This house has people living in it with a small child. The front of the house is not as bad but still has a major over growth of weeds and falling branches. I'm afraid the snakes or fruit rats in this area my become a habitat in this yard not to mention the danger of the small child. Description: Of complaint form is confusing but my address is 402 alma and the complainant address is 406 think the owner have just walked out of home and left everything. There is load of trash in carport that contains rotten food and poopie diapers. I have also notice to young males in and out mostly at night don't think they are staying there legally? the back yard is a total mess with weeds at least knee high.
