Description: Thu 04/23/2015 9:00 am of complaint: property owner seems to think his home is a boat building yard - for several months - has a boat in multiple pieces sitting in the front yard - some pieces on the ground others on sawhorses and some pieces laying on a boat trailer. Hobbies are fine but need to be confined to the side yard/back yard or in the garage - should pay more attention to the pitiful outside appearance of the home including weeds and mildew - if it weren't for the vehicles in the front yard one might think the home was foreclosed or abandoned. They are probably nice people who have gotten used to the mess - but really this is mostly a well-kept neighborhood. Some people in the area are trying to sell homes - this type of inconsideration and lack of respect for neighbors and their home values is inexcusable.
